What Is Cell?
A group of people (4-15) who meet regularly for the purpose of spiritual edification and evangelistic outreach (with the goal of multiplication), who are committed to participate in the functions of the local church.

These groups have the following components:

1) Seeking God
2) Developing relationships with one another
3) Reaching out to non-Christians and
4) Developing new leaders.
